Maxwell Magadzire is the founder and Director of Mellors Management Consultancy, providing finance-led strategic support to organisations seeking stronger governance, greater financial clarity, and sustainable long-term growth.


A fully licensed accountant and active member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), Maxwell combines deep financial expertise with hands-on board experience. He holds an Executive MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) - qualifications that reflect both professional rigour and a sustained commitment to leadership excellence.


Maxwell's governance experience spans the charitable, public, and education sectors. He currently serves as a Trustee of one of the largest Multi-Academy Trusts in Sheffield, with a focus on financial oversight and strategic risk. Earlier in his career, he served as Trustee and Treasurer of a Sheffield city-centre charitable organisation, and as a Non-Executive Director at Sheffield Homes - formerly the UK's largest Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO). Across these roles, his work has consistently centred on financial stewardship, risk management, and effective board decision-making.

Alongside his consultancy and board roles, Maxwell serves as a Career Mentor at Arden University, supporting students in building professional confidence and career readiness.
