As a fully licensed and experienced accountant, his professional background is grounded in qualifications in finance and active membership with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

A champion of professional excellence, Maxwell holds an Executive MBA and is a Chartered Manager. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), underscoring his commitment to high-impact leadership.

His governance and leadership experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director for Sheffield Homes, then the UK’s largest ALMO, and as a Trustee for a Sheffield-based nonprofit organisation.
