Maxwell Magadzire is the Managing Director of Mellors Management Consultancy, providing strategic, finance-led support to organisations seeking sustainable growth and operational improvement. A fully licensed accountant, he brings strong financial expertise supported by professional qualifications and active membership with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

Maxwell holds an Executive MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), reflecting his commitment to high-impact leadership and professional excellence.

Maxwell currently serves as a Trustee of one of the large Multi-Academy Trusts in Sheffield. Earlier in his career, he also served as a Trustee and Treasurer for a Sheffield city-centre–based charitable organisation, as well as a Non-Executive Director for Sheffield Homes, formerly the UK’s largest ALMO. His governance experience centres on financial oversight, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

Alongside his practice and board roles, Maxwell serves as a Career Mentor at Arden University, supporting students to build confidence and strengthen career readiness.
